The timbre is harmonic enough, but the instrument's universal musicality is deprived of strong sounds during a reverse stroke and a typical little buzz of a not perfectly fitted tongue. For a simple playing with one direction strokes, the jaw harp is quite suitable and can bring a lot of pleasure.
