Altay jaw harp (komus/vargan are the local names). This is not a stamped toy like "SNOOPY HARP" (which is not playable at all) but still in souvenirs range. PP27 jaw harps has loudest sound comparing to other cheap altay komuses making nowadays for sale - for their price. For decades they was most affordable step in the world of jaw harps. But there is huge amount of much more interesting jew's harps exist nowadays - which are easier-cleaner-louder-powerful and totally enjoyable than this, so-called "beginners", model. Just a funny twanger.
