Good looking jaw harp, deep midfrequences atmosphere. Strong construction allows rough and fast playing without loosing smooth attack and tone. Rough strokes make it sound louder, so we have additional dynamics in comparing to average jaw harps, and actually this one, the "Balance" - is one of the loudest jaw harps in a world (but don't expect it to overtop fighter aircraft). It has quite thick frame, some players find this more comfortable, some don't. Strong chirring punchy sound, high sensitivity but high dynamic range, lots of high overtones.
